Servion Appoints Mike Kulik as Vice President of North America Sales
Veteran contact center and customer experience leader to drive revenue growth
PRINCETON, N.J., February 4, 2026 — Servion Global Solutions today announced that Mike Kulik has joined the company as Vice President of North America Sales. In this role, Kulik will lead Servion’s North America sales organization, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth and expanding customer and partner momentum across the region.
Mike brings 34+ years of experience in the contact center and customer experience (CX) technology space, with a track record of scaling high-performing sales teams, opening new markets, and delivering partner-led growth in complex enterprise environments. He has held senior sales and revenue leadership roles at Avaya, Edify, and Bucher + Suter, and also brings a strong technical foundation from his early career as a developer.
In addition, Mike held product leadership roles at Cisco Systems, where he helped bring the first IP contact center to market—experience that informs his approach to aligning technology innovation with customer needs and commercial execution.
