    Bryce Gibson is the Chief Executive Officer at Servion and leads the company’s global operations, strategy, and innovation in CX and AI technologies.

    Bryce brings over 25 years of executive experience in the contact center and enterprise technology. Before joining Servion, he served as COO of TTEC Digital, managing a 1,500-person global team and presence across platforms such as Genesys, Salesforce, Five9, and NICE.

    Earlier in his career, Bryce scaled the Genesys and Microsoft practices at TTEC, taking them to over $200M in revenue. As COO of Avtex, he spearheaded nine successful acquisitions and helped position the company for its eventual sale to TTEC in 2021.

    Bryce holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and completed the Minnesota Executive Program at the UMN Carlson School of Management.

    Prakash Arunachalam is the President & COO at Servion, guiding delivery, HR, IT, quality assurance, and enablement across the organization.

    With a distinguished 32-year career in the IT sector, Prakash has led digital transformation initiatives across CX, AI, and automation, particularly in BFSI and healthcare. Since joining Servion as CIO in 2017, he has delivered 50% revenue growth and a 200% increase in EBITDA, and later led the company’s business restructuring and acquisition by EMK Capital.

    Before Servion, he served as Global Delivery Head for BFS at Virtusa, leading a $175M portfolio and contributing to the firm’s exponential growth following the Polaris acquisition. His earlier career spans senior roles at Polaris in the UK and program management at EDS.

    Known for his pragmatic leadership, Ram brings close to 32 years of experience across finance transformation, M&A, compliance, and shared services in the technology sector. Prior to Servion, he was EVP and CFO at Movate, where he played a key role in pivoting the company toward digital engineering-led growth.

    He has also held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Expleo, Tata Elxsi, IBM, and Wipro—often operating at the intersection of finance, operations, and innovation. Ram has led finance functions for large matrixed organizations and established best-in-class risk systems, business partnering frameworks, and compliance structures.

    With over 18 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT/ITeS industry, Selvakumar has held senior marketing roles across geographies, including at iOPEX Technologies, NTT Com, Apexon and [24]7.ai. He has successfully built and led high-performing teams and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.

    He has been recognized twice among the “100 Most Innovative MarTech Leaders” in India by the World Marketing Congress for his customer-centric and technology-driven marketing initiatives.

    Selvakumar Sundaram is the Vice President – Marketing at Servion, responsible for leading global marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and digital engagement.

    With over 18 years of B2B marketing experience in the IT/ITeS industry, Selvakumar has held senior marketing roles across geographies, including at iOPEX Technologies, NTT Com, Apexon and [24]7.ai. He has successfully built and led high-performing teams and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.

    He has been recognized twice among the “100 Most Innovative MarTech Leaders” in India by the World Marketing Congress for his customer-centric and technology-driven marketing initiatives.

    Before Servion, Baljit worked at Pindrop in the U.S. and Australia, helping enterprises reduce fraud with secure voice authentication.
