ServCare Platinum program offers proactive maintenance services. Our NOC will remotely monitor specific parameters as identified near real-time frequency. You will have inclusive access to training services, DBA services, capacity management and asset management. We offer 100 block of hours
ServCare Gold program gives access to 24 x 7 support access to reactive, preventive and service management support services. We offer 50 block of hours that can be used towards the service (MACD) and change requests on the deployed solution. You will be able to access our team on 24×7 basis.
ServCare Silver program consists of set of reactive/break-fix and preventive support services to address contact center infrastructure and applications failures. You can access our team during normal business hours.
