Servion Global Solutions hires Sivakumar Natarajan as Chief Delivery Officer with the company scaling operations

Chennai, December 2016: Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in the Customer Experience Management (CEM) domain, announced today the appointment of Sivakumar Natarajan as the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) based out of Chennai. Siva is an accomplished IT professional and leader with over 26 years of experience, having worked in USA, UK, and Asia Pacific, including at firms such as Capgemini and Goldman Sachs. Along with deep technology expertise, Siva also has been involved in integrating acquisitions, scaling delivery organizations, building new practices and grooming large talent pools within the organization.

As the CDO, Siva will be responsible for all the execution and delivery across Servion globally. In this role, Siva will be responsible for managing Servion’s solution delivery to all its customers worldwide and also take care of its process maturity and technology competency.

Siva joins from Capgemini where he held several roles in Domain practices, Delivery and Operations. In his last role, he was heading Delivery and Operations for its Asia Pacific clients. He successfully delivered transformation programs to large Asian clients in various technologies including Digital. In addition, he was instrumental in integrating two key acquisitions – a boutique technology organization in the UK, and a niche competency firm in India.

Prior to Capgemini, Siva helped grow the Capital Markets Practice for Deloitte & Touche, based out of US, delivering consulting solutions to large clients in the Midwest. Siva also worked at Goldman Sachs, leading the Asset Management technology business globally. He played a major role in setting up the technology base for the asset management business in US, Asia, and European markets.
Siva has a penchant for developing talent and has been extensively involved in mentoring and leadership development. He has a Masters in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
