An Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, India, Mr. Narayanan has over three decades of experience in the corporate, administrative, legal, and finance areas. Mr. Narayanan retired as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FOSECO India Limited (group company of Burmah Castrol Plc UK). He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and also chairs the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Narayanan spearheads the company towards high levels of corporate governance, business ethics, and compliance.

Baskar Subramanian, Founder and Promoter of Servion Global Solutions has been largely responsible for the implementation and globalization of products like the AUDIX Voice Messaging System, the CONVERSANT Interactive Multimedia Response System, and Call Center technologies for AT&T, now Avaya Communications.
He has implemented interactive multimedia solutions for customers worldwide – Supreme Court of the United States, the US Air Force, the Marriott Group of Hotels, and several shrink-wrapped products for the US market for OEM customers such as Rockwell Automation, Sun Microsystems, and Lucent Technologies.
He has spent considerable time in adapting Western technologies for Asian conditions – pulse-to-tone conversion, local language package support, and human factors as applicable to the Asian markets. Baskar has been instrumental in promoting Lucent Technologies (now Avaya) based solutions in the Asia Pacific market by providing skill sets and solution expertise to Lucent Technologies and its channel partners in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, and European markets. He has to his credit the implementation of the first IVR, Call Center, and Voice Messaging solution in the Indian market.
Under his stewardship, Servion has set up subsidiaries to address global markets (India, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, Australia, and Europe). The company has intellectual property in all facets of Business Response solutions – middleware, delivery mechanism such as voice and Web, and voice enabling the Web. He has been actively involved with national and international organizations (Gitex, Nasscom, CII) and their activities. Baskar holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from the University of Madras and a master's degree in electrical and communication engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
Mr. Sarosh Ghandy is a Fellow Member of three premier institutions – the Institute of Engineers, India, the Institute of Indian Foundrymen, and the Institute of Standards Engineers, India. He is also the Managing Director of Telco Construction Equipment Ltd., Bangalore (part of the Tata Group of Companies). As part of Tata's senior management, Mr. Ghandy is on the board of several companies in the Tata Group. He has strong people-orientation values. Mr. Sarosh Ghandy holds a degree in engineering from the Carnegie Institute of Technology, USA.
Mr. Girish Kulkarni is the Founder and Managing Director of TDA Capital and is also the Managing Partner of India Technology Fund, a venture fund company that has invested about $35 million in the IT and BPO services sector.
Mr. Kulkarni brings with him a total of 16 years of operating and investment experience in the Indian capital markets. He has played a significant role in assets allocation across different asset classes (equity, fixed income), has extensive capital markets experience with more than 30 IPOs to his credit in the Indian capital market, and has worked on several M&A assignments. He also had a brief stint as an Investment & Project Finance Officer in the Industrial Finance division of ICICI Bank.
Mr. Kulkarni holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Mr. N. Raghunandan has held senior executive positions in the areas of Sales and Marketing, management and general administration. He has over 16 years of experience in the software industry and profession. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's in energy management and marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Madhavan was a key member of DCM Data Products' R&D team where he helped develop systems software. He then moved to field organization as a Field Engineering Specialist to provide technical support at a regional level.
As a Divisional Sales Manager in TVS Electronics, he was responsible for the successful launch of dot matrix printers and cartridge tape drivers in the Indian market. He contributed significantly to the acquisition of institutional orders from the likes of GIC and IA, besides managing the OEM channel for printers and storage products for the company.
Madhavan moved to Digital Equipment (India) Limited in 1991 where he headed the PC business unit. He was responsible for the creation and execution of a competitive business plan for the manufacturing and PC business units for Digital in India.
Madhavan joined Servion as a Promoter in 1996 and was the driving force for project execution. He managed the technical resources of the organization and led Servion's product development efforts and quality certification for the software development team. As head of Servion's Software Technology Park operations, Madhavan also provided directional inputs on business modules to the various Servion subsidiaries. He played a significant role in establishing strategic partnerships with Avaya (Delivery Partner) and Intervoice and in the development of Citibank into a major account for Servion in the EMEA region.
Madhavan holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Anna University and a master's degree in management systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, India.

Bala brings with him 18 years of experience in the telecom and IT industries.
His strengths in marketing helped him set up full-fledged major account and channel management programs for Motorola as the Head of Sales.
Prior to his current position as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Servion, Bala was President of the North American operations. He was instrumental in setting up the Sales and Delivery infrastructure in the US leading to aggressive sales growth even as the US economy underwent a downturn. Under his leadership, the US operation has grown 100% every year.
Bala's ability to build global sales networks has helped setting up operations and partners for Servion across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. Bala has been the driving force in leading Servion's sales and marketing efforts worldwide in the IVR, CTI, and Call Center domains, making available best-of-class solutions since 1996.

As President of Servion's US operations, Rangarajan handled the process of establishing a subsidiary company and the creation and management of alliances/strategic partnerships with corporates such as Avaya, Intel Dialogic, and Sun Microsystems. He has played a key operations and marketing role in acquiring customers and delivering solutions in the Business Response arena for Servion.
Rangarajan has the distinction of having constructed a network of consultants, systems integrators, and end clients keen to use the outsourced model. He has played an active role in building Call Centers and integrating solutions for prestigious customers such as Indian Railways, HDFC Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Digital Equipment Corporation among others.

Shankaran Nair started his career at Goodlass Nerolac Paints Limited, where he was responsible for the third largest revenue-generating branch for the organization. He joined Gum India Limited in 1985 where he played an entrepreneurial role. This was a start-up company that achieved market leadership status very rapidly. Shankaran played multiple roles – headed sales and marketing for the organization and eventually functioned as Executive Director with responsibility for top and bottom line. He managed business and marketing under extremely turbulent conditions.
In 1999, Shankaran moved to eShakti. This is an online store, a start-up that services Non Resident Indians in the United States. He played a significant role in setting up the US operations for the organization. Shankaran played multiple roles again – supply chain management, managing alliances, setting up a distribution channel, and customer support. He also set up eShakti's customer support division, which gave the company the cutting edge to win over its competition. The group today includes India Plaza.com and Sulekha.com.
Shankaran Nair joined Servion Global Solutions in 2003. He has been instrumental in setting up the Business Development practice at Servion for the Asia Pacific region.
Shankaran Nair brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial capability and professional management training and skills. He has played a key role in the re-organization and restructuring of the approach to business planning at Servion. Shriram has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology management, system design, custom application development & delivery and customer support. He was part of the core team which implemented information systems across Taj Group of Hotels. Shriram by working with various user departments, defined requirements, was responsible for hardware & software selection, supervision of software development and deployment, and put in place 24x7 support for all systems. Between the years 1998 and 1999 all Taj Group Hotels were fully computerized and all of them migrated from manual or mechanical systems to latest computer systems.
After joining Servion in 1999, Shriram was instrumental in building the project delivery and customer support team from an initial team size of 30 to the current team size of 250 well qualified software engineers, team leads, project managers and delivery managers. During the year 2003, Servion was assessed at CMM Level 4 by KPMG, this was a result of more than 2 years of defining & implementing systems and process at all levels of the delivery and support organization.
Shriram has put in place annual technology absorption plans which allow the delivery team to quickly absorb latest software products knowledge and deliver projects to meet customer business objectives. He also put in place a customer support team and well-defined process which provides 24x7 support for over 1000 installations in over 40 countries. His organization has a blend of experienced contact center professionals and is organized as practices – covering all facets of customer interaction.
Suffice to say that Shriram blends his keen commercial skills with the ability to mentor, coach and lead a diverse set of software professionals for contact optimization augurs very well for the company, its employees and customers alike.
