Key initiatives and strengths

Staffed out of Denver, Colorado, Chris is the General Manager – Servion Global Solutions Inc. Chris has been instrumental in transforming Servion into a solutions oriented company that engages with clients in a consultative approach.

Prior to his role at Servion, Chris was a director in the Global Strategic Solutions (GSS) organization at Avaya. GSS is a cross-functional, hand-picked team, responsible for the development and sales execution of Avaya branded solutions into Avaya’s top 250 accounts and strategic opportunities.

An example of this is a solution Chris developed and lead for three years; the contact center globalization practice within Avaya called, Avaya Global Connect. On this endeavor, he personally worked with 50+ Fortune 500 companies on their global optimization of customer service, back office processing, and technical service desks. With “feet on the ground” experience in Canada, India, Philippines, Central and Latin America, Caribbean, Europe, and Africa, he was sought out by Fortune 1000 customers, Financial and Business Analysts, Government Departments of Trade and Industry, and leading Global Strategy Practices for his supply side insights. Through lead generation activities and overlay sales roles, he was personally involved in the placement of over 20,000 contact center seats into India alone.

Prior to joining Avaya, Chris worked for the Department of Defense in numerous capacities. One such application allowed for the realignment of 3500 globally deployed service personnel. This application saved $350M annually for the Air Force and awarded Chris the then VP Al Gore’s Hammer Award for Reinventing Government.

Chris has an undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from George Washington University.
